1. User Responsibilities

Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
Lawful Use
Use service only for lawful purposes.
Data Consent
Explicitly consent to audio processing.
Fair Usage
Do not abuse or scrape the infrastructure.
2. Intellectual Property
All content generated by Linguametric, along with the platform design, code, and branding, is the property of Linguametric. By submitting content (e.g., audio), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it for service provision and improvement.
3. No Warranty ("AS-IS")
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. LINGUAMETRIC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linguametric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
5. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Linguametric and its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
6. Class Action Waiver
YOU AND LINGUAMETRIC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Regulated by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes resolved in Ankara, Turkey.
