1. User Responsibilities
As a user of the Service, you agree to:
Account Security
Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials and notify us of unauthorized access.
Lawful Use
Use the service only for lawful purposes and not to violate any applicable laws.
Data Consent
Explicitly consent to the processing of your audio and interaction data by our systems.
Fair Usage
Do not abuse, scrape, reverse engineer, or excessively load the Service infrastructure.
2. Intellectual Property
All content generated by Linguametric, along with the platform design, code, and branding, is the property of Linguametric. By submitting content (e.g., audio), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use it for service provision and improvement.
3. Limitation of Liability
"To the maximum extent permitted by law, Linguametric shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the last 12 months."
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ankara, Turkey.
